What happens in your video

1. Choose a clear reference photo
Use one well-lit photo of a consenting adult or a pet you have permission to photograph. JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 20 MB, at least 512 pixels on the shorter side.
Photos that work best
- Do: a sharp, front-facing face, even light, and a chest-up crop.
- Do: one subject. For a pet, keep the eyes and markings visible.
- Don't: sunglasses, masks, or a group shot.
- Don't: a photo of a minor, or of someone who has not agreed.
- Export HEIC or HEIF photos as JPG or PNG first.
- The browser prepares a JPEG of no more than 6 MB when you request the character.
- Choose Person, Dog or Cat, then Original, Winter Street or Neon Alley. Choosing a file only shows a local preview.
2. Create and approve your character
Create my character sends the photo to GPT Image 2, which makes a bright before-frame with the cap not yet worn. Check that image, then approve it. A first character preview can be free within daily limits. It is not a video. Paid packages include two, three or six additional character attempts, for Basic, HD and the 3 pack.
3. Choose a package and confirm payment
Basic is $4.99 for one 10-second 720p+ video, HD is $7.99 for one 10-second 1080p video, and $12.99 covers three 10-second 720p+ videos. Pay with PayPal. If a payment is still being confirmed, retry that same order. Basic and the 3 pack use native 768p. Compare the packages.
4. Generate the transformation
After payment, the service builds a dark after frame with a black cap and hoodie, then a 10-second 9:16 video. The cut is aimed at about 4.7 seconds and can vary. Basic and the 3 pack use MiniMax H3 Max Turbo. HD uses Kling O3. Likeness and motion can vary. This is not a frame-accurate edit.
5. Download, add sound and publish

Keep your project accessible
